Integrity Champion. Values-Aligned Evaluator. Lover of Learning Experiences. Natural Innovator. Compassionate Challenger. Multidisciplinary Dot-Connector.

As a learning experience designer at Convive, Lia works closely with our clients to design a tailored learning journey from start to finish. She crafts utilization-focused evaluations or research assessments, conducts decision inventories, and creates highly visual and participatory sensemaking workshops that help teams put learning into immediate action.

As a skilled evaluator, visual storyteller, and learning facilitator, Lia pulls together learning experiences that are truly tailored to Convive’s clients’ needs. She often facilitates visual theory of change workshops which invite participants to think and work differently together. In addition, she brings a decade of experience facilitating learning networks and donor collaboratives to the Collective.

Lia previously worked at the UN WFP Innovation Hub as an Innovation Advisor and Learning and Program Design Manager, where she oversaw the integration of learning into WFP innovation program design.
