Learning and Evaluation Manager

We are seeking a Learning and Evaluation Manager to join our team in 2024.

Responsibilities: 

  1. Manage and cultivate highly-aligned and high-performing teams at Convive. This includes providing feedback, coaching and oversight on team performance;

  2. Mange our team’s project management software platform (Notion) and oversee tasks, timelines and deliverables for large projects;

  3. Provide expertise in the following areas: evaluation design and implementation with a focus on experimental techniques, systems thinking, strategic learning, and facilitation.

  4. Are looking for a full-time position with benefits, consistency of work, and financial stability.

Experience and Qualifications: 

  1. Exceptional project management experience; experience with Notion is a plus;

  2. Experience creating and implementing marketing strategy plans for similar organizations to Convive;

  3. Virtual assistant experience (scheduling, task management, taking care of ad hoc tasks and finding efficiencies);

  4. Ability to create visually engaging external communications collaterla like PNGs and PDFs within Convive’s brand;

  5. Learning mindset and characteristics, including valuing positivity and a personal touch (in many ways we will consider you to be the “Front Desk” person at Convive - the person that extends a warm welcome to our clients and represents our values and vibe).
